Numberless Chapters<\/h2>\nIn the chapter editor, you can select \"Numberless Chapter\" under \"Chapter Types\" on the right-hand menu. You would do this when:\n

  1. You \u00a0have enabled Display Chapter Numbers (which automatically numbers your chapters).<\/li>\n \t
  2. You have a handful of chapters to which you do not want to apply numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nThis will result in a Table of Contents something like this:\n
    1. A Great Chapter\n2. Another Great Chapter\nA Numberless Chapter<\/strong>\n3. A Wonderful Chapter<\/div>\n... and applies to the TOC as well as the chapter heading.\n\nUsing a similar approach, we've implemented Invisible Parts.\n

    Invisible Parts<\/h2>\nOnce you go to edit your part, you can select \"Invisible Part\" as a Part type in the Edit Part admin. You would do this when:\n

    1. You have a book made of parts.<\/li>\n \t
    2. You have some chapters that you want to sit outside of one of a\u00a0part (e.g. chapters that are not front-matter, but also are not contained in a main body part).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nSo your TOC might look like this:\n

      1. A First Chapter\n2. Another Chapter<\/p>\n

      PART I: A PART!\n3. A Third Chapter\n4. Yet One More Chapter<\/p>\n
